Job Title: Operations Support Staff
Qualifications: HND or Bsc holder in any of the discipline
To provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to the property management team, ensuring efficient coordination of maintenance, tenant services, and documentation across the property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
– Administrative Support
– Maintain and update property records, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.
– Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and compliance documentation.
– Schedule meetings, inspections, and maintenance appointments.
– *Tenant Coordination*
– Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests promptly.
– Track and follow up on maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
– Support move-in/move-out processes and maintain communication logs.
– *Vendor & Maintenance Coordination*
– Liaise with contractors and service providers for repairs and inspections.
– Monitor service level agreements and ensure quality standards are met.
– Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for property operations.
– *Compliance & Documentation*
– Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
– Assist with audits and inspections by preparing necessary records.
*Skills & Qualifications*
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Prior experience in real estate or facilities management is a plus
Proximity to Sapele Road, Ugbor, GRA or its environment will be an added advantage.
