We are seeking smart Front Desk Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk at our main entrance in Benin city. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easygoing personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls, answering questions about company services, and scheduling appointments with agents based on client needs.

Providing information about available properties to potential buyers or renters, including location, amenities, price range, and financing options.

Creating and updating databases of potential buyers or renters based on their interests and the nature of their inquiry.

Create and update contents on company social media accounts. 

Providing general customer service to clients by answering questions about policies and procedures, showing homes, and providing information about neighborhoods.

Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.

Arranging for repairs or other maintenance services for clients’ homes or businesses.

Ensuring that all real estate transactions are legally compliant by keeping track of signatures and dates on documents.

 

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: OND

Experience Level: Entry level

Experience Length: A years

Skills: Customer Service, social media savvy, communication, organization, time management and technology.

Proximity to Sapele Road, Ugbor, GRA or its environment will be an added advantage.
